The Parent Council
Who can be members?
Generally, members of the Parent Council must be parents of children who attend the school and the chairperson must have a child in the school. However, the Parent Council can decide to co-opt other members from teachers and the community who will have knowledge and skills to help them.
All parents will automatically be members of the Parent Forum at the school.
The School has a very active Parent Teachers association, with many P.T.A. fundraising events being held throughout the year. The P.T.A. also helps organise all the pupil discos, and also in school with work, the library, displays and general help to both pupils and staff.
